Once you start scanning passes on site, here are some common things you may come up against.

Two common errors and how to resolve them:

X Error: This specific ticket type is not allowed to be checked in at this gate

If you see this message it means that the pass type you are trying to redeem is not valid on the current allowed ticket list.

If the pass you are scanning should be allowed, you can amend the allowed ticket list. If you are logged in as an Admin user you can do this by going to Settings, then Allowed ticket lists.

The code XXXX could not be found

If you are trying to associate a pass with a passout (wristband or vehicle pass serial number) and you see this message appear, it means that this passout is not present on the gate.

It will need to be added before you can associate it.
