Area Manager/Sub Area Manager/Group Leader:
When an Area Manager has been setup but they have not been sent their login email:
When an Area Manager has been sent their login email:
When the login email has been received by the Area Manager's inbox:

Group Leader:
Group leader login created, Passes allocated to group but not assigned to any individuals.
Group leader login sent, but no Pass has been assigned yet.
All or some passes assigned, but not sent. For sending passes, the status will only change for the whole group once all passes within that group are sent.
Sent:
Each E-Ticket status will only show as green once it is 'verified'.
A pass is verified by the recipient clicking on the 'Yes I've got my pass and I've read the email' link in their e-pass email.
Once this link is clicked, the ticket status will appear as Verified. In a Group, the whole Group status will show as Verified, after one of more passes are Verified.

Individuals:
Pass allocated, but not sent. The only way the individual will be able to access this pass, is it a group leader/area manager/event admin sends this pass.
Pass Sent.
Once they have clicked the verification link, it will appear green.

Bounced emails
With any of the above, there may be the odd occasion where a pass or login cannot be received by the recipient's inbox, or the email address is invalid. This will appear as red, and when you hover over it, it'll say Bounced.
