After you event has ended you may want to extract some reports for future reference.
If you have used paid-for passes in Eventree then you may want to break down the numbers and see how many passes went unpaid and therefore unclaimed.
Here are a few options for reporting on paid-for passes:
Summary across your event
To see a top level view of how many passes were paid for or not, here's how:
At Event Level, go to Reports > Paid-for passes
At the top of this report you will see a summary per pass type of how many were paid vs not paid for.
This report also gives you a summary of how many passes were Distributed, Allocated, Paid for and not paid for on an Area by Area basis. If you want to drill into more detail you can click into each Area to get an overview per Sub-area and Group.
You can also filter by a particular pass type, and Export this report with the options on the right by using 'Export to excel'.
Specific reporting on who did and didn't pay
There are two ways you can export more specific reports for who did and didn't pay for their pass.
Advanced search
At event level, or Area level head to Search > Advance
Under the filter options, select:
Ticket status > is any of the following >
You then have a few options depending on what you want to know, you can choose from:
Paid
Unpaid, payment link sent
Unpaid, payment link unsent
All unpaid
To export this information, head to Select an action > Export
This report will give you name, email, section, and the passes each person has.
Export Entry Data - Area level
At Area level, go to Reports > Export entry data
This report has barcode number, name, email, section and the passes each person has.
In addition to Advance search, it also shows whether the pass was redeemed, and when it was redeemed, along with the payment status.
Under the Ticket allocated column if a pass wasn't paid for it was show UNPAID in brackets.
Please note that the payment status on this report is only shown if you export the report with an Area, it is not shown at Event level.
