There may be times where you wish to wrap communications together for a Group leader. You may want to send the Group leader login email at the same time as asking them to complete a form, rather than sending two separate emails.

Adding a form request link to an existing template is nice and easy.

Simply go to the template - if you are adding the form request link in an Area go to Settings > Email templates.

On the email template editor you will see a link that says Placeholders.

Select this and it will open a pop up window with lots of options.

In the placeholder menu, scroll to Applications and find the placeholder for the form you wish to add to the email template.

Add the placeholder into the template e.g. {FORM_EXAMPLE_FORM}

Once you are happy, save the template.

Now you have added the form placeholder, it will automatically send a form link whenever you send a group leader login email using this template.

Once you have sent the Group leader login email to the Group, you will see a Form icon appear, if you hover over it you will see it says Requested Form.

When the Group Leader logs in to Eventree they will also see the form request link highlighted in the box above Grid view.

Once the Group leader completes the form through the link, you will see the submitted form become linked to the group. You will see the icon has now turned black and when you click on it you will be able to preview the submitted form.
