How can I set up an allowed ticket list?

Setting up restrictions for which passes can be scanned when.

On your gate, if you been allowed Admin access you will have access to the Allowed Tickets list feature. By default, all pass types will be allowed to be scanned at any time, so if you wish to restrict this then you will need to set up allowed ticket lists.

Go to Settings > Allowed Tickets

On this page you will see a list of the events that have been added to your gate. You will need to create a new list per event if there is more than one.

Select Add new list

On this page start by adding:

List name - it helps to name the list according to the time period it relates to, eg Fri/Sat/Sun

Start date - when you would like this list to become valid from

End date - when you would like this list to be valid until

In this screenshot the list has been set up for Friday 23rd August, from 3am until 1am on the Saturday.

The next step is to select the pass types you wish to be allowed during this time period.

To do this simply select the tick box for each pass type. If you wish to select a whole pass category, select the tick box in the grey row.

Once you are happy, select Submit.

When you then return to the Allowed Tickets page you will see your list there.
