How do I make a custom field that only event admins can edit?

When creating custom fields there may be times where you want to create a custom field that acts as "office notes".

Other non-admin team members will still be able to view these fields, but they cannot edit them.

To set this up, when you create a custom field simply set "Only editable by event admins".
