How do I update my application documents?

As an applicant there are times in which you may need to update the documents you uploaded with your application. Here's how you do it.

1) Log into Eventree Applications at this location: https://applications.eventree.co.uk

2) If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it:

3) Once logged in you can see your applications dashboard:

These are all the applications you’ve made to different events

4) Click on the button in the ‘Applied As’ column to view the application you need to amend.

If you have documents with an expiry date in the past, you will see the Document expired notice on the right.

5) This will take you to a page where you can see the details you submitted for your application. If the upload fields on the form have been set as Editable by the event organiser, then an Edit button will appear on this page.

6) Select Edit and this will open up the form you submitted, so you can now edit it.

To replace an expired document, select Delete to remove it.

7) Then to upload a replacement file, select Upload a file.

Remember to update the expiry date at the same time.

8) The newly uploaded file will look like this.

9) Once you have made your changes, scrolls down and select Save Changes

10) You will then see a Success! page once your updated form has been saved.

11) Now when you go back to your Dashboard, you will see that form just says Submitted, as your expired document has now been updated.
