If you are using Inductions, once you have sent out passes which are linked to your induction, you may wish to chase your crew to ensure they have completed the induction prior to arriving on site.
In order to chase people who have NOT yet completed their induction, go to:
Search > Advanced
On the Conditions, select:
Ticket status > is > Not agreed T&Cs or Induction not passed
Then Apply condition
This will find everyone who has been assigned a pass linked to an induction, who has not completed it.
You then have a few option via Select an action.
You can:
Send them an email to chase them
or
Export a list of those who haven't completed it
If you choose Send email, you can then either:
Send them a blank email template simply reminding them to complete it
or
Re-send their e-ticket email. You could even tweak the wording of this email so it is clear it is a chaser message, but include the link to the induction still.
