If you are using Inductions on your Eventree portal then when crew arrive on site you have the option to prevent their pass from being redeemed if they have not yet completed their induction.

By default all staff checking in crew on site will be prevented from checking in someone's pass if they have not completed their induction. This looks like this screenshot below with a warning message in red text.

There is now an option available for any senior staff to use if they wish to override this warning on an ad hoc basis.

This additional permission can be set per user on the entry system and is entirely optional.

It looks like this, and once you select 'Check them in anyway' it allows you to redeem that person's passes.

IMPORTANT

Using this function will NOT mark their induction as passed in Eventere, it simply bypasses the check on the entry system.
