Canteen Doorlist is a super useful tool if you wish to pull a report of everyone who should be eating at a particular meal time.

Let's break it down!

To find the Canteen Doorlist, go to your left hand menu and find 'Meals.

Under Meals select 'Canteen Doorlist'.

On this page you will find a few options:

-Canteen - if you have multiple canteens, select which one.

-Day of use - this is the date of the meal sitting

-Meal - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, etc

Once you have selected these options you will see a summary of how many meals have been specified for this sitting. This includes any single use tokens.

Now, select which order you would like to see the report displayed in.

On the Canteen Doorlist page itself, in the summary box we have a few elements.

As well as the basics such as Meal date and Meal type you will also find:

-Total meals assigned - total number of meals assigned for the sitting

-Total meals breakdown - if you are using single use tokens it will list these separately from meals specified to individuals

-Canteen Doorlist generated date - this can be handy in case you pull the report before the meals editing cut off date has passed

Below the summary box is the doorlist itself. Aside from the names of individuals due to eat at this particular sitting, there are some other useful columns listed.

-Section - this shows the Area, Sub-area or Group that the individual resides in. You can click on the link to be taken to their section.

-Individual ID - you can use this to search for the individual. It can also be helpful to find an exact match for this individual, for example if you have more than one person working the event with the same name.

-Passcode - this is the person's meals passcode which can be used at the canteen to redeem their meal

-Dietary requirements - this details and requirements that have been selected

-Redeemed - If their meal has been scanned at the canteen, this will show as 'Yes'.

As of Oct 2023 this report is not real time and may take a little while to fully update.

If you are using single use tokens, you will also find those listed at the bottom of the doorlist under the specified names. On the right hand side you will see two numbers separated by a forward slash. This is how many tokens have been redeemed.
