Here's a guide on downloading and printing your single use meal tokens.

First, head to the section where your tokens have been created.

Once you have added a total number for each sitting into the grid, press Save.

Then the Download PDF button will appear.

When you select that button, you will be presented with some options. The default selection is to download everything on the page each time.

You can choose:

-Which canteens you wish to download tokens for

-Whether you want to just download recent tokens or all tokens in this section

-Which order you would like these displayed in

You can also customise this depending on what you need to download and print.

If you have added tokens into that grid on multiple occasions, you will see options for 'batches' of tokens created at each timeframe. This makes it nice and easy to download and print only the most recent tokens.

A new 'timeframe' selection is created each time you hit 'Save'.

You also have the option to download ALL tokens but then order them by 'date created' so that the latest added ones appear grouped together at the bottom, labelled by date created and sitting.

You will be able to see which tokens were made in which sitting by seeing the Created box on the PDF download.

In addition, if you ever find yourself in the position where you've printed pages of tokens for a large team such as security, but you're not sure if one of the pages has been printed twice, you can now do a quick sense check by seeing the passcode that relates to each of the single use tokens listed under the code.
