The single scan screen is a really helpful mode, available to use on the Entry System.

This mode allows you to see an overview of all the passes and custom fields for one person in one place, as well as check them in and log their wristbands or vehicle passes.

It can be particularly helpful if some of your crew end up with multiple passes for example Build & Break, Production, B&B Vehicle, Staff Car Park.

You also have the option of stopping anyone who hasn't passed their induction from being checked in.

Here's how it works:

You can either Search someone by name or email on the Search screen, or you can go straight to Check In and scan the QR code that they present you with.

From Search, find the person you are looking for and select Check In:

Under their notes and custom fields, you will see this individual's passes. If you are logging wristbands and vehicle passes then you can add these here too under Associated Pass Number, then hit issue.

Once you have issued that person's passes, if you return to that page it will look like this:
