The Event Permissions page has a whole range of customisable options but here are some of the key ones to look out for:

People & Passes

Assign Areas/Assign Sub-areas/Assign Groups - These all refer to the respective sections, but they mean the ability to either create, or allocate to those sections. This refers to anything on the "Edit" function of an Area, Sub-area or Group. This includes Passes, Meals, and Budget.

Assign Individuals - The ability to add people's names and emails into Eventree either via list or grid view.

Allocate Tickets - The ability to allocate tickets/passes to individuals.

Send Ticket Emails - The ability to send out ticket/pass emails.

View Download Barcode Options - This refers to being able to download passes whilst you are logged in to Eventree. On list view, this is when you select the individual's dropdown, and select 'Details'. If this permission is disabled then the Download buttons are not able to be selected.

On grid view, this is on the Select an action dropdown - "Download PDF"

Reissue Barcodes - This permission enables or disables the ability to select "Reissue" on the individual's details. Reissuing means that the barcode is deleted and replaced with a new one, of the same pass type and then sent to the crew member.

Show 'Copy from previous event' button - If your event has been cloned from another event, you can pull through Groups and Individuals. This option is available on the Select an action button in list and grid view.

Approve individuals - In Core Settings if you have "Staff Approvals" enabled, this permission allows or denies users to Approve individuals or Groups.

Manage Section Locks - This refers to the ability to Lock a group. You may wish to lock a group if they have completed their accreditation details and you don't want them to be able to edit them.

Emails

Manage Email Templates - This is the ability to edit the email templates within a section. This is not available to group leaders.

Send Payment Emails - The ability to send out payment request links for paid-for passes.

Send Emails - This prevents users from sending any emails. This permission will override the "Send Ticket Emails" permission, so if you wish to let your crew send their own passes you will need both enabled.

Send Login Emails - This refers to the login invitation emails which get sent to Area managers, Subarea managers and Group leaders, to invite them into the system.

Meals

Assign Meals - This refers to assigning meals to individuals. For example giving Joe Bloggs breakfast on Friday. This also refers to the ability to allocate more or less meals for an Area, Subarea or Group.

Edit single use tokens - The ability to create or amend the single use tokens grid. Users can always view it though.
