If you need to send an email to everyone in your event, you can do this like so:
At Event Level, eg where you can see all the Areas at the same time, go to
Select an action > Bulk email
This will take you to the Advanced Search page where you have the option to filter by who you are sending the email to. If you'd like your message to go to everyone, then simply go to:
Select an action > Send email
This will then pop up with the email message you can send, either select a template or select Blank email in there!
All done!
Bear in mind that if you are sending emails from the advanced search page, especially if you have 1,000s of crew in your event, the system will queue those messages and send them out over a period of time.
So, if you are in that list and you don't receive the email immediately, don't panic!
