If you head to Core Settings, you will see that there are some options there to customise if and how personal details are stored within the system for Individuals.

Postcodes:

-These can be set as either mandatory, required at verification, optional or hidden.

-If hidden, the columns will not display in list view, grid view, on applicant details or in exports. They will still appear on import sheets but if any details are imported, they will not be displayed.

Phone numbers:

-These can be set as either mandatory, optional or hidden.

-If hidden, the columns will not display in list view, grid view, on applicant details or in exports. They will still appear on import sheets but if any details are imported, they will not be displayed.

Individual addresses:

-If hidden, this information not display in list view, on applicant details or in exports. They will still appear on import sheets but if any details are imported, they will not be displayed.
