Most of the time when collecting information on your crew, you will want to know each of their names and their individual emails.
However, there will be times where you just need to know numbers, and the most important thing is that each person within a team has a unique pass to enter site with.
This is when you may want to use the auto-allocate feature. This may be a last minute decision, if a Group has had the opportunity to enter each individual into the system OR it may be that certain Groups are accredited this way from the start. In that case - this handy feature is for you.
When a form is received, for example from a Food Trader. When you go to Approve the form and create a Group, you now have two extra options.
Here are the steps:
Approve a form
On the window that appears, select Create as a Group
Allocate the Group some passes under Ticket Allocation
You now have two options to select if you wish:
Auto-allocate passes - this will *just* auto-allocate the passes in that Group as per the usual auto-allocate functionality.
Auto-allocate & send passes - this will do the above, and then send all those passes to the Group Leader
