Have you approved someone into the event, but you have changed your mind, and wish to put them back to pending/yes/no/maybe? Here's how..
Delete them from the area/subarea/group they are in.
This will put their form back into pending.
If you have approved someone into the event, but wish to un-approve them, first you need to find where they are in the event, eg which Area.
Go to Applications - approved. It will either appear as A, or B.
If A, click on the Section where they are kept - in this screenshot 'Volunteers'.
If B - You can use the search function to find them in the event. Take their email address and put it in the search bar, top right of the screen, hit the magnifying glass button, and it will return the results of where they are.
Now click on the Section where they are.
Click on the Section name and it'll take you to where they are kept.
If it looks like this, and they already have a Pass, you will need to delete that first. Go to Dropdown > Passes
Then select in the dropdown 'none' to remove what passes they have.
When you are in the correct section, go to their row and use the dropdown to select "Delete"
If they have already redeemed their pass, or been paid, then they can't be deleted, so you can't move them back to another application category.
If they have been sent their e-pass, then they will be sent an email saying that their passes have been removed.
If they haven't been sent anything, then no emails are sent.
Set their approval to the new status
If you go back to Event level ... Applications ... Applications - Pending , you will see that they are back there.
You can now set their status to yes / no / maybe as you wish.
