1) Click on 'Search' in the left menu:
2) Then type something into the ‘Individual or Item box’ (e.g their first name - Chris) and click on ‘Search’. A list of ‘Chris'’ will now appear showing which ‘Section’ and ‘Area’ they are allocated in, their email address and possibly their phone numbers. This gives you plenty of information to make sure you have the right ‘Chris’.
4) However, sometimes hundreds of ‘Chris’ might appear, which can make it difficult to find the right one. So, if you know which company (‘Group’) they are working for, you can filter by using ‘Area, Sub-area or Group’. Click on the ‘little arrow button’, scroll down to find their companies name (‘Group’) and then click ‘Search’.
This will limit your search results to that section only, making it easier to find the right 'Chris'
ADVANCED SEARCH
Another way of searching for a person is the advanced search mode. Click on ‘Search’ in the menu and then click on ‘Advanced’. ´Now click on ‘Add condition’.
Now click on ‘Add condition’.
Now you can select a variety of ways to find them using the
‘drop down menu on the left’. Just click on what you think is appropriate.
For example, their ‘email address’.
´Now click on ‘Apply condition’ and see the results.
