Eventree allows applicants to tot-up things they are applying for. These might be one-off things, like £50 for a power supply, or multiples, like £10 per parking pass. Please note that currently, you cannot take a payment through eventree, so this tool is useful if you want to save a value for your applicant to pay into your bank account. We can provide a telephone payment service if required.

To put a cost in, you simply select Checkbox Group, Radio Group or Dropdown List as elements. These 3 elements are very similar and the choice of which to use often boils down to personal preference. Checkbox Group allows multiple selections by default and Dropdown List allows multiple selections if you tick [ ] Allow Multiple Selections

Tip: include the value of your item in the text on the left hand side so your applicants can see it. The value entered on the right hand side is for the form to do its sums

To add up values, see the 'Summing a total value' article
