Asking for event Passes

Eventree makes it super easy to give the correct accreditation to successful applicants, so as part of your form, you may wish to ask applicants how many passes or vehicle passes they will need. (For applications for a single person e.g. bar staff or volunteer, you would assume this is 1 and not ask the question. Eventree will automatically only offer 1 Pass when you accept an application of this type)

Insert a heading and some explanatory text if needed, using the Header and Content Block fields, then use either the Number of adult tickets required, or just the Number field to insure the applicant enters a number. You can set a Max value; this won’t prevent the applicant putting in a bigger number but will not allow them to save the form until it is the same or lower.

Tip: If your form is for an individual; a volunteer or bar staff person, there is no need to insert a field here, as the form will default to 1.
