A Group Leader is someone who has been invited into the Eventree system, who has responsibility for a small team, for example a group leader may own a food stand and needs to allocate passes for their team.

Group Leaders gain access to Eventree through an email invitation which is sent from Eventree. The email address that this is sent to, is the one which your Group Leader login has been set up with. For example, if you were emailed an invitation to bob@bobsburgers.com then those are the details you need to use to log in.

As a Group Leader you should have been sent an email from the team who organise the event. Although these emails look slightly different from event to event they will either come from noreply@eventree.co.uk or they may come from a specific email address set up by the event, such as passes@festivalname.com or accreditation@festivalname.com. Organisers often customise the design, but the default template looks something like this and will have the green 'Access Eventree' button:

Click the Access eventree button, which will take you to Grid View.
