There may be times when you want to send unsent passes across a whole Area.
Perhaps you have had passes sending switched off, until nearer the event, and now want to send everything in bulk? Or perhaps you just want to make sure that everyone's allocated passes have been sent to them.
Within an Area, hit Select an action > Bulk email
Keep the Child Sections box ticked, if you wish to send e-tickets within all Sub-areas and Groups within the Area you are in.
Select 'E-ticket' under the 'select an email template' dropdown.
Under E-Ticket status, on the right, if you just want to send anything Unsent, tick Unsent. If you want to re-send anything, then you can keep the other boxes ticked.
Hit Next and you'll see a preview of your e-ticket email. Then hit send and all your passes will be sent!
