Whether you're in an Area, Sub-area or Group in eventree, you can send people in that section some extra information from a blank email template.

Within your section, on the right hand side - select the people you wish to send the email too, this could be all of them (top tick box) or just some.

Then Select an action > Email selected

You will see this window appear. You can add whatever content you like in here. You can also use Placeholders to auto-fill information for the people in your event.

E.g. {NAME} will auto-complete with the name of each individual person.

You can click on the Placeholders to reveal more pieces of information you can auto-complete. Don't forget you can always send yourself a test to see how this information will look to a recipient.
