What about if you want to send lots of group leaders their login emails all in one go?
Area-wide
There are a couple of options for sending lots of Group Leader login emails in bulk.
Option 1. If you are sending a large number of Group Leader login emails, go to:
Search > Advanced
Add a condition
User type > is > Group leader > Apply condition
Then Select an action > Send email
*Important* make sure you select the Template > Group leader login email.
Option 2.
If it's for a smaller number of login emails:
Within an area, go to Select an action > Bulk email
Then select the email template as 'Group Leaders'. This will auto-select only Group Leaders to send this email to.
Note the 'Child Sections' tickbox, if you are in an Area, this is asking if you would like to send group leader logins within Sub-areas under that Area as well.
If you tick 'Child sections' and you have different templates set within Sub-areas, this will pop up:
However if your Area & Sub-area templates are the same, you will just see this next screen showing the template preview. Hit send and your login emails will send out in bulk!
