The way that inductions work is when a pass is emailed out to a member of your team, when they click the 'Download ticket' button, instead of the barcode loading straight away, it loads the induction instead. Only once the questions on the induction have been correctly answered, can the barcode then be downloaded.

Once inductions are enabled in your Core Settings you will be able to start setting up your content and questions!

Find Inductions on your menu, and click 'Add induction'.

Enter your Title, message for if the H&S questions aren't answered correctly and then how many questions you wish to ask at any given time.

You can create a pool of questions that randomly generate and then choose how many questions to ask at any one time. Each question for inductions is multiple choice.

Add your content in here - this is where your H&S briefing can go. You can always create the content in a separate document and then paste it into here.

Custom markup’ allows us to change the width of tables, images etc. This involves adding some code.

Now you can add your questions! On the dropdown by Edit, Click on Manage questions.

Here is where you can add your pool of questions, that will then randomly select and show to the pass holder. Select the correct answer.

Save your questions. Now you can select which passes this induction links to.

Your induction is almost ready to go!

One last thing, once it's ready you will need to Enable it.

Click Edit and scroll down to 'Enabled' and tick that box. Hit save.

If you assign a pass that has an induction linked, it will look like this.

Each pass with an induction will start with a X next to it, meaning the induction hasn't been passed.
