Setting up Upload Categories on the Form
To set a category for an uploaded file in forms, create a File Upload field, and select Upload Category. You can select from a list of options.
These are some of the options:
As an example, if there were 3 documents, with different categories, they would look like this on the front end of the form. Each one has a category set - Risk Assessment, Electrical Safety Cert, and Public Liability Insurance.
Reviewing Received Documents
Once you have received some submitted forms with documents uploaded within them, you may want to start reviewing them. Go to Application documents.
Select with form you wish to see documents from:
