Do you want to send an email letting someone know if their Form has been Approved? Or if it has been set to No?
If so, you can now set a different template per form Type, sending them a different message depending on whether they have been applied to be a Trader, Volunteer, or something else entirely.
To do this, go to Application types, and click Edit on the Form you wish to set templates for.
In the Type settings, you can send emails on Approved or No.
When you tick one of these boxes, the templates will appear.
If you do not make any amendments to these, then the template will default to what is setup at Event Level under Event Settings > Application System. If there is some content or branding you want to appear in all your approval emails then edit this first before configuring the individual email templates.
