How do I create a Group from approving a Form?

Using the form approval process to setup a Group and Group Leader.

First, go to Applications received, and select the form you wish to Approve. Click on the downwards arrow next to 'View'. Then click 'Approve application'. 

If you would like the person who submitted the form to be notified on Approval see the help Article on Approved/No notifications

This opens up the Approve window - where you can select which section in the event to approve this person into. You can also allocate them passes at this point, select which passes to give them under the Ticket allocation section.

To approve them as a group:

Tick the box for 'Create as a Group?' and then select how many passes you wish to allocate to that group. The First and Last Name entered here will form the name of the group. 

Once you have selected where to move the group to, and if you wish, any passes, click save. 

Then go to Applications - approved (1), you will find the approved form there. You can then click on the Section name (2) and this will take you to where the form has been approved into. 

When you then move to that Area, you can see the Approved Group with their attached passes and form.
