There may be times when you want to extract forms data out of eventree, into a spreadsheet, or send the information on to a colleague.

In order to do this, go to 'Applications - received', select which application type you wish to export at the top under 'Filter Options', and then click 'Export to excel'.

When you click 'Export to excel' this window will pop up, where you can either export 'all questions' or you can select certain fields. For example if you wanted to export some Trader data, but you just wanted to extract their power requirements for now, you could select those two fields in the tick boxes.

Upon exporting, each field in the form will appear as a column header.
