Placeholders are a really helpful tool if you want to send personalised information to lots of people, it's sort of like a mail merge feature.

You will see the placeholders icon in various places around Eventree, where you are trying to communicate with applicants or users.

When received, this looks more like this - notice how everything in { } is now completed with information from the event.

If you click on the Placeholders icon it will offer you a range of options like this:

There are lots of options, so have an explore. One particularly helpful area is for Forms. You can use placeholders to send form links to applicants.

You can also confirm certain information back to them within your communications.
