A Group is simply a company. So for example, a trader with a hot dog stand, a drinks supplier or perhaps one of your sponsors. And within this Group you will input all of their people who will be working at your event. You will also appoint a ‘Group Leader’. This is typically the owner or the liaison of the company that you deal with. And it is their job, to fill in all the details of their crew i.e. names, email addresses, phone numbers, dietary requirements etc. A Group Leader will also be responsible for choosing what passes each member of their team needs. So, for example, one of their team may need a crew pass but another needs a crew pass and a vehicle pass. You get the idea. Last but not least, depending on what permission you give a Group leader, they are also responsible for sending out their passes to their crew.
