To add Terms and Conditions to a Form, you will need to begin by adding an Upload to your Eventree event. You can find out how by seeing this help article.
Once you have uploaded your Terms and Conditions file, you can proceed with the below.
On your Form, add a Content Block. Then write whatever text you wish to appear. This text will link to the Terms and Conditions document.
2. Select the text you wish to add a link to (1), the click the hyperlink button (2). This will open up the Insert link box. In 'Url' enter the link to your upload, which is provided by Eventree. Then click Ok.
3. Then add a Checkbox Group.
4. Add the text you wish, something along the lines of 'Tick this box if you agree to the Terms and Conditions' (1). If it is compulsory that the T&Cs are agreed to, make sure that the only option for an answer is Yes (2) and also make sure it is Mandatory (3).
5. Click the little pencil icon in the corner of the field and this will minimise those questions so you can see how it will look.
6. It should look something like this. Users can then click on the text to view the file, and then tick the box to confirm that they agree.
