It's really easy to upload your own pass artwork to Eventree.

First, design the pass in your favourite graphics program (e.g. Photoshop). The artwork should be A4 sized, portrait orientation and you should leave enough whitespace for the barcode and text to be included. The file can be uploaded as a .jpeg or .png (you don't have to use photoshop!)

You can download a .PSD template here.

Once you've got the artwork ready follow these steps to add it to your passes. Note - you will need to be an Event Admin to do this.

1. Go to Event settings > Uploads

2. Click on Upload file

3. Enter a name for your file (e.g. "artist ticket artwork") and select the file from your computer.

4. In the 'Ticket associations' section tick the passes this artwork should be applied to. You can apply the same artwork to more than one pass if you want to.

Scroll down to 'Add ticket information' and tick this box too

5. Click on 'Save upload details'. Your artwork will be uploaded to Eventree. You will then be asked to position the barcode in the right place on your artwork. Drag it to position it in the space you left in your design.

6. Use the 'Preview' button to see how your pass will look. When you're happy click 'Submit' to save it.

From now on any passes of this type sent out from Eventree will use your new artwork.
