Once your form is closed to the general public, you may have stragglers, late applicants or only want specific people to complete the form. In these cases, you can set a form to private and send a token to individual people to complete the form.
First, set your Form to Private. To set your application as private, go to Application Types in the left hand menu. Then click on Edit for the Type you wish to create a private token link for.
2. In Type settings, find find Application status. You can change it to private in the dropdown menu. Then hit save.
2. Now, find 'Application tokens' in the Menu on the left.
2. When you are on the page, select 'add private application' and select the desired form. You can name the token, and also set dates for when it is valid. For example, you may have given an individual an extension on completing the form, but only for one week, you can set that here.
3. Once added you will see the page below, you can use the link it generates to send. Only one application per token link will be accepted.
