Here is how to Convert an Individual to a Group

To create a Group, first go to whichever Area or Subarea you wish to put the Group into, then select Add new > Add group.

This will open up this new window. You will need to enter a Group Name, and Group leader details. You can also allocate passes to the group at this point, but you do not have to. At the bottom of this window, you also have the option to send Login details, you can either do this now or later, in order for a Group Leader to allocate passes amongst their group they will require their login details to be sent.

Once you have completed those details, click Create.
The Group will then appear like this.
