Assigning budgets to an area is useful for splitting the budget to different parts of the festival. Additionally, it can help to delegate the responsibility to the Area manager to look after the budget.
Select ‘Areas’
Find the area you would like to assign a budget to
Click ‘Edit’ next to the area name
Assign a budget to the area and save
5. When you go into the Area you will see the budget listed
