To see an article on how to send individual form request links go here.

In order to send multiple forms to multiple people, follow the setup steps in the article above first then proceed below.

There are two ways to send forms in bulk:

  1. Using Placeholders

Select the people who you wish to send the form to, with the tick box on the right.

Then click Select an action > Email selected.

This will open up an email template window.
You'll need to write in here any text you wish to send, along with some placeholders.

Click on 'placeholders'.

This will open up the placeholders window. There are lots of options, but for this example you want to scroll down to Applications, and at the bottom you will see specific Placeholder options for each form Type.

Copy and paste the ones you need into the email, and send away.

This example below shows that personalised links to the 'Base Trader Form' and 'Supplementary Trader Form' will be sent out.

The other way to do this is as follows:

2.Send via Advanced Search

Either at event level, or with an Area, go to Search > Advanced

Select an action > Send form

Select the form and hit Choose.

This will bring up this email template preview. You can see here the placeholder for this form {FORM_EXAMPLE_FORM}.

Just like {NAME} will automatically generate the name of each individual, the {FORM_PLACEHOLDER} will automatically generate a unique link for each person or group that the email is sent to.

Eg the generic url for a form looks like this with the form ID at the end:

But if you send a form from the system using a method on this help article, using a {PLACEHOLDER} the system will generate a token link per person, which will link up the submitted form, with the person you sent the link to. Something like this:
