Creating Supplementary forms

In order to send a form link directly to someone who is already in the system (and therefore ensure that their response links back to them) there are a few simple steps to follow.

Firstly, you need to set up the form Type so that the Area you are sending it from can see it.

To do this, go to Types and either create a new Type, or Edit an existing one for your supplementary form:

Within the Type settings you will find this section 'Areas/ sub-areas that can view the applications' . Whichever area(s) you are sending your form from, needs to be selected here in the drop down.

For example, if you are sending Approved Traders forms from the Traders Area:

Make sure that when you select the Area or Sub-Area in the drop down, you the click 'Add viewer'. It will then appear in the grey box.

Now, go to the area where you are sending the form link from.
Find whoever you wish to send the form to, and click the arrow next to Edit by their name.
Hover over Forms > Send form link.

You can then select which form you wish to send them. Click 'Choose'.
It will then send this person an email with the correct link in.

Once you have sent the form, an icon will appear next to their name in blue. Once they have completed the form, it will appear black.
See more on icons here.

If you have requested more than one form, you can see the status of each next to their name, with the different icons.
You can the view any complete forms by either clicking on Forms > View form

OR clicking on the form icon, if it is black and therefore a completed form.
