The passes distribution screen is a really handy way to dish out passes between event level and your areas, subareas, and even groups! With an easy drag and drop function, you can easily add, and also remove passes across your event.

Once you have set up your Areas, and Pass types, it's a great next step.

The screen will look something like this: you will see the passes available at the top of the page, and the sections of the event below. Simply drag and drop some passes from the top, onto the section.

For example, I want to move some Artist passes to the Main Stage sub area.

It will default to however many passes are available, but if you want fewer than that, just type the correct number, like so.

You can even distribute passes as far down as Group level. For example here, we have Area 'Traders', Sub area 'Food Traders' and then Group 'Burger Van'.

There may be times when you want to remove passes using this screen. To do this, simple do the opposite - drag and drop passes from the sections underneath, back into the event level piles at the top!
