Creating a form P2 - Publishing it

Once you have built your application form, you then need to set it up so you can test and publish it.

Go to Applications - Application types

Select +Add Application Type

Give your form a Name, and set an icon. This icon will appear in black next to individuals or groups who have completed the form. Or if you have sent a form request from Eventree, an icon will appear in blue.

You have the option to enter Intro text and Text after submission.

Select which form it is that you wish to publish:

Have a look through these settings and see which you'd like to apply.

Upon selecting 'Send email on approved' or 'Send email on no' you will be able to amend the email template that is sent out.

Default section is which Area or Sub-area is pre-selected when you are approving submissions of this form.

'Don't notify applicant when submission is edited' refers to when an admin makes amends to a form.

You can then select whether your form is open, closed or private, or whether it's open depending on set dates.

Your form will need to be open in order to test it.

To test:

Once you have saved your Application type, it will appear in the table.  Click the down arrow next to edit to find the 'Test' link.  

To publish:

When you are ready to publish your form, use the url given in the table (highlights when you click in the box):
