There may be times where you wish to give particular team members more bespoke access to Eventree, if their role only requires a certain level of access, different from Event Admins.
You can create bespoke user roles for this, under Event settings > Event roles
On the Event roles page you have a couple of options:
Clone an existing role
This means you start with a copy of the permissions assigned to a particular role. You can still amend the permissions, but it gives you a starting point.
Add a new role
You can choose from Minimum permissions or Full permissions.
Minimum permissions starts by just giving the user view access to the whole event but with no extra options.
Full permissions starts with all event permissions selected.
You can still amend each user role's permissions at any time after creating a role.
When you make new roles, they will appear like this on the Event roles page.
Under Event settings > Event permissions you can then review and amend permissions per role as you wish.
Assigning roles to your team
Under Event settings > Event users
You can either change the role of an existing user by selecting Edit:
