If you wish to edit the email template that gets sent when you send a form request link from Eventree, here is how.

Event level

If you would like to either have the same email template applied across all form types, or if you wish to start with a customised default template, you can start by amending the form request template at event level.

To do so, go to Event settings > Application system

Find the template called "Form request email" and amend the content there.

However, do not remove the {APPLICATION_FORM_LINK} placeholder as this is how the system generates a unique tokenised link per individual or group.

Setting a template per Form Type

You can also set a template per form type. Note - you don't have to make amends at event level first, you can go straight to each form type if you wish.

Go to Applications > Applications types and then Edit on the form type

Find the 'Form request email' option and tick the box.

Once selected it will reveal the template which you can now edit.

If you have amended the template at event level before this point, the event level changes will pull into the Type template.

Once you start making changes per Type, the event level changes will not overwrite your per-Type template.

Amend the template, and remember to save your changes.

Now, when you select the dropdown for individuals or groups, and find Forms > Send form link, you will see your customised email template appear.

The template will also apply when you send forms in bulk via Search > Advance > Select an action > Send form.
