The Scheduling module allows you to create roles and shifts and assign them to individuals in your event. This could be volunteers, bar staff, stewards, etc.
Once the Scheduling module is enabled in Core settings then you can get started.
1. Create a Role
First, create a role.
On the left menu select Roles and then Add role.

Section visibility: the is which areas or sub-areas can assign this shift type to individuals in that section. The default is global, but if you deselect this you can select which sections will see this role available to assign.
